Igår var det äntligen dags att göra en ny bryggd. Det blev något som ska likna en Belgisk Sasion. Knåpade ihop ett recept av den malten som fanns hemma. Kom igång ganska sent så blev bryggning långt in på småtimmarna. jästen tillsattes klockan 2.00. Och nu står den och jäser för fullt i hallen.
